Turbo Air's third responsibility is to its shareholders. The company should give a proper profit for them. The company should work hard on new item development through technical innovation in preparation of hard and changing times. The company should reserve a portion of profit for reinvestment so the company continues to move forward and grow.

Turbo Air's fourth responsibility is to the society and communities where we work and live. The company should support social activities, which have a good and positive purpose. The company should be a good example to the local society, and further the globalization of society through paying a fair amount of taxes. The company has a responsibility to the environment and natural resources and we must maintain in good order the land that we are privileged to use.
