Customer Notice: California Energy Commission (CEC) Compliance Audit

Dear Turbo Air Customers,

The California Energy Commission (“CEC”) has informed Turbo Air Inc. (“Turbo Air”) and Bake Tech

Innovation (“BTI”) that certain appliances sold by the two require filings with the CEC under Title 20,

California Code of Regulations (“CCR”) sections 1608(a) and 1609, pertaining to energy efficiency.

The CEC is conducting a compliance audit of the companies to ensure it has the required information and

has directed the companies to halt sales of the appliance models on the equipment listed below until the

audit is completed.

We are working with the CEC to provide the information required so that it can complete its audit.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Neil Woo

Chief Quality Officer
